Clinical Observation Of Bixie Xiaozhong Pill In The Treatment Of Post-Thrombotic Syndrome

Objective:Through the clinical observation for the Post-thrombotic syndrome, to explore the clinical curative effect that Bixie Xiaozhong Pill for the Post-thrombotic syndromeMethods:Selection of Post-thrombotic syndrome patients with a total of 60 cases, patients will be randomly divided into two groups, each group of 30 cases. The treatment group was given basic treatment and Bixie Xiaozhong Pill orally. The control group was given basic treatment and aescuven forte orally. Patients after 14 days of treatment, through the observation of two groups of patients before and after treatment in the clinical symptoms, signs, the changes of PPG vein, given the statistical analysis of the results after treatment.Results:1.After the treatment, two groups of patients with the TCM syndrome integral comparison, P<0.05, there was statistical significance, and the treatment group was better than control group. The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%, compared with the control group, P<0.05, there was statistical significance, and the treatment group was better than control group.2.After the treatment, two groups of patients with the Lower limb circumference difference comparison, P< 0.05, there was statistical significance, and the treatment group was better than control group.3.After the treatment, two groups of patients with the changes of PPG vein comparison, P< 0.05, there was statistical significance, and the treatment group was better than control group.Conclusions:1.Bixie Xiaozhong Pill can improve the patient’s symptoms and signs that caused by Post-thrombotic syndrome.2.Bixie Xiaozhong Pill can improve the venous reflux time in patients with PPG, to improve the function of lower limb vein.
