Objective; To investigate the clinical characteristics,Treatment of recurrent chest wall lesions, and prognostic factors for survival after a chest wall recurrence(CWR). Methods; The clinical date of 113 isolated CWR of breast cancer patients from January 2004 to June 2014 at the affiliated tumor hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were collected. The relations of the various factors with survival were determined by univariate and multivariate analysis. Results:The median survival time after CWR was 41 months(ranging from 5 to 102 months),the 1-year survival rate of 100%,the 2-year survival rate of 85%,the 5-year survival rate of 38%.Univariate analysis showed that tumor size, lymph node metastasis,TNM stage, hormone receptor expression, postoperative radiation therapy, targeted therapy, hormonal therapy, anterior chest wall recurrence of disease-free survival time of tumor recurrence surgical resection, radiotherapy and breast cancer chest wall mere survival of patients with metastatic significant relationship multivariate analysis showed that:TNM stage, hormone receptor expression,HER-2 expression, targeted therapy, anterior chest wall recurrence of disease-free survival after chest wall recurrence survival independent prognostic factors. Conclusion:Primary tumor TNM stage, hormone receptor expression in primary tumor, the primary lesion HER-2 receptor expression, the primary lesion aid targeted therapy, anterior chest wall recurrence of disease-free survival time after the chest wall recurrence survival independent prognostic factor. Primary tumor TNM stage, primary tumor hormone receptor expression was negative, anterior chest wall recurrence of disease-free survival time was positively correlated with recurrence and metastasis, the risk factors for breast cancer patients with recurrent chest wall. Primary tumor hormone receptor negative primary tumor expression of HER-2 receptor negative primary tumor targeted therapy and postoperative chest wall recurrence of breast cancer patients was negatively correlated with the protective factors for chest wall recurrence of breast cancer patients. Chest wall recurrence after a positive line of surgical resection of recurrent lesions, chest wall radiotherapy to prolong the lifetime of the chest wall metastasis have better results.
