Objective:To study the stability of coronary heart disease (CHD) type of angina in patients with coronary artery disease, coronary artery lesion, coronary stenosis and heart rate variability of heart rate variability HRV). Standard; normal hospital. Methods:This paper selected in Xinjiang Medical University; the fifth hospital of cardiovascular medicine in patients with coronary heart disease in 69 cases of coronary heart disease group and period selected subjects healthy 169 cases, including 59 cases of coronary angiography for coronary angiography in the normal group, the coronary heart disease group according to coronary angiography results further grouping:1) coronary stenosis diameter> 50% of the counts of single, double, three vessel lesion group; 2) of coronary artery lesions of different degree of stenosis (Gensini calcification score):1-11 divided into stenosis group,12-22 divided into stenosis group and 23-32 divided into stenosis group; 3) of coronary artery lesions in different parts of the left coronary artery lesion group, right coronary artery lesion group. The severity of coronary heart diseasegroup Gensini score evaluation of coronary heart disease. Analysis of all heart rate variability (HRV) is adopted in the process (24h) time-domain analysis indexes of HRV time domain analysis:1) SDNN (MS):24 hours in all normal sinus volatility of R-R interval standard difference.2) SDANN (MS):long-range 24 hours to measure R-R interval data. In every 5 minutes for interval is divided into a number of copies, to calculate every 5 minutes time period between R-R mean duration, and then computes the the mean standard difference.3) RMSSD (MS):two full adjacent sinus beat R-R interval difference ms.4) pNN50 (%):adjacent R-R intervals greater than 0.05s stroke number divided by the total bigeminy interval number, multiplied by 100, pNN50 (%).Results:(1) different lesion count group between SDNN, SDANN, pNN50 (%) and RMSSD were statistically significant, lesion group HRV indices were higher than the normal control group, including SDNN, SDANN, pNN50 (%), with the number of diseased coronary artery increased and showed a downward trend. The RMSSD can also be observed in single vessel group and multi-vessel disease group were statistically significant difference. (2) single vessel group in severe stenosis group than mildstenosis group and low HRV index. Conclusion:(1) with the increase of coronary artery stenosis and heart rate variability (HRV) presenting a decreasing trend, the stenosis degree is heavier, the HRV decreased more obviously. (2) and right coronary artery disease group HRV group decreased slightly, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). (3) with the number of diseased coronary artery increased heart rate variability (HRV) presenting a decreasing trend and coronary artery stenosis count more, HRV indices decreased more obviously. Prompt analysis of heart rate variability index can be used as a marker of the severity of coronary artery disease.
