The Study On The Relationship Between Degree Of Coronary Artery Lesion, The Heart Rate Variability And Syndrome Differentiation Type Of TCM In Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

Objectives:To discuss the relevance of the intrinsic link of between the degree of Coronary Artery Lesion,the Heart Rate Variability and syndrome differentiation type of TCM in patients with Coronary Heart Disease(CHD), Which provide an objective and quantitative basis for differentiation of coronary heart disease syndrome and the better standardization of clinical treatment.Methods:1.143 cases that had been confirmed to be CHD were from the medical records room or ward with the patients' clinical symptoms,signs and related results of CAG and HRV had been collected,and all the collected cases were saved and managed by certain data base software.2.The CHD patients were classified into 8tyPes based on syndrome differentiation standard in TCH to study the relationship between syndrome differentiation type,CAG and all the laboratory results above-mentionedResults:1.the relevance between the results of coronary angiography and TCM-based①Stenosis:the extent of coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease with severe stenosis in the proportion of large,and there are obviously difference among different card type P＜0.01.②Lesion count: there are obviously difference among different card type P＜0.05).the card type of deficiency and blood stasis,turbid phlegm and qi stasis are more seen in Single lesion;qi deficiency,qi stasis,turbid sputum and the Deficiency both of qi and YIN are more seen in Double vessel disease.Blood stasis,turbid phlegm,yin deficiency of heart and kidney,yang qi deficiency are more seen in Three lesions.2.the variance of different card types betweent SDNNI,RMSSD,PNN50 three variables is significant arrhythmia(P＜0.05),so take the welch test.the results all tell that P＞0.05,than there are no significant difference among different card types of SDNNI,RMSSD,PNN50.Conclusions:1.the relevance between the results of coronary angiography and TCM-based can be the objective indicators in categoriesing the TCM-based.the card type of deficiency and blood stasis,turbid phlegm and qi stasis are more seen in Single lesion;qi deficiency,qi stasis,turbid sputum and the Deficiency both of qi and YIN are more seen in Double vessel disease.the extent of coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease with severe stenosis in the proportion of 73.4%,and the Card type of phlegm obstruction of cardiovascular often can be seen.2.Acording to card types of SDNN,the decline of blood stasis of heart,qideficicency and blood stasis,deficiency of both qi and yin,phlegm obstruction of cardiovascular is more obvious than the others,which means that of these patients with coronary artery disease evidence-based regulation of the autonomic nervous balance more pronounced decline.So the results of coronary angiography and HRV provide an objective and quantitative basis for differentiation of coronary heart disease syndrome and the better standardization of clinical treatment.
