Object:The aim of this research is analysis relevant risk factors of endoscopic transspheniodal pituitary adenoma resection Methods:Retrospective analysis was applied to 200 cases of endoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection and logistic regression analysis of the factors resulting in intracranial infection after the operation. Results:In the 200 cases, postoperative infections had 10 cases, functional pituitary adenoma had 8,inpatient with diabetes had 4,lower functional pituitary have 2.cerebrospinal fluid leakage 24. Inpatients with diabetes、preoperative not preventive use of antibiotics、operation time more than 4 hours、potsoperative ICU inpatient but, the patient age、low pituitary function、tumor size、postoperative use hormones, Not effect factor of infections. Conclusion:2.cerebrospinal fluid leakage. Inpatients with diabetes、 preoperative not preventive use of antibiotics、operation time more than 4 hours、 potsoperative ICU inpatient、were the factors of intracranial infection after transsphenoidal operation assisted by endoscope in resection of pituitary adenoma, in which there was a statistical difference P< 0.05, Conclusion:Because intracranial in fection is high, more attention should be paid to intracranial in fection prevention and pay close attention to postoperative opresence of recessive cerebrospinal fluid leakage. If there are any signs of intracranial infection, should give sensitive antibiotics treatment as soon as possible.
