Qingzhifugan Decoction In The Treatment Of Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver (Phlegm And Blood Stasis) Clinical Study

Objective: Through the observation of Qingzhifugan Decoction in the treatment of non a lcoholic fatty liver(phlegm and blood stasis) clinical efficacy, and the symptomatic and sho uld be used to study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of NAF LD, through the statistical analysis, the objective evaluation of Qingzhifugan Decoction i n the treatment of non alcoholic fatty liver(Phlegm Blood Stasis) the clinical efficacy an d safety.Methods: All the patients from outpatient department and liver spleen and stomach treatm ent area of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicin e, and 60 patients with non alcoholic fatty liver(inclusion criteria of phlegm and blood s tasis syndrome) patients,randomized grouping method, divided into treatment group and c ontrol group, 30 cases in each. Treatment group with the use of Qingzhifugan soup 150ml/ time, 2 times a day orally,the control group using Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Caps ules, 456 mg each time, 3 times a day, two groups were treated for 8 weeks. To observe the changes of TCM syndrome integralbefore and after treatment, and record the chang es of liver function test, serum lipid,ultrasound and BMI in digestive system. Finally, acc ording to the evaluation standard,evaluation.Results: 60 cases of patients with all according to the treatment of the clinical researc h. Efficacy: the treatment group of 30 cases, 16 cases were cured(53.33%), effective in12 cases(40%),invalid in 2 cases(6.67%), the total effective rate was 93.33%; the contr ol group of 30 cases,9 cases were cured(30%), effective in 13 cases(53.33%), invalid i n 8 cases(26.67%), the total the efficiency was 83.33%, by statistical analysis, the treatm ent group curative effect is better than that of the control group(P<0.05) had statistical significance; the two group of TCM symptoms and improve liver function, blood lipids, a nd other aspects of the digestive system of ultrasonic was improved compared with that before treatment, but the treatment group in the control group using lipid complex liver s oup on ALT, AST, TG better than the use of Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules. In the safety aspect,the two groups were not found adverse reactions, description of Qingzhif ugan soup, good safety.Conclusion: Qingzhifugan Decoction in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver diseas e in clinical practice(phlegm and blood stasis), can significantly improve the clinical sy mptoms of patients, promote the recovery of liver function, accelerate the metabolism of lipids, and reduce the severity of fatty liver. The party was in the process of the experi ment the obvious adverse reactions and side effects, and clinical results were satisfactor y, worthy of promotion.
