Clinical Research Of Supplementing Qi And Activating Blood Circulation Method In Treatment Of Stable Angina With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Purpose :This study begins with the theory of Qi and blood same treatment,to observe clinical effect of soft Extract with supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation and Collaterals on Qi and blood stasis Syndrome Of Coronary Heart Disease and stable angina pectoris.To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the soft Extract in treating Qi and blood stasis Syndrome Of CHD and stable angina pectoris. Explore the relevant mechanism,to provide theoretical and practical basis for clinical application of the soft Extract.Method:sixty patients of stable angina pectoris type in CHD with the syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis were selected,and divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number table method.The control group was based on the treatment of the risk factor of coronary heart disease like blood pressure,glucose,lipid anti-platelet aggregation ? Soft extract with supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation and Collaterals was added to the treatment group on the basis of conventional risk factors for CHD,twice a day,15 grams each time,(drinked with boiled water)?Result:1. Angina pectoris effect,angina pectoris integral:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,the total effective rate of the control group was 83.3%, P<0.01,there was a significant difference in the two groups.Compared with the control group, angina pectoris integral in the treatment group decreased more significantly, after the treatment, P< 0.01.In the improvement of angina pectoris integral, the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant.2. The efficacy of TCM syndrome:the total effective rate of the treatment group was90%;The total effective rate of the control group was 83.3%, the treatment group was better than the control group,there was a significant difference in the two groups.In terms of improving chest tightness,thoracodynia,shortness of breath,tiredness spontaneous sweat,the curative effect of the treatment group is better than the control group, P<0.05. In terms of improving palpitations,there was no significant difference in the two groups.3.ECG efficacy comparison: the total effective rate of ECG in treatment group was73.3%, the total effective rate of ECG in the control group was 53.3%, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant.4.Blood lipid comparison: the treatment group was better than the control group in improving triglyceride(TG) and cholesterol(TC), P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The treatment group compared with the control group in low density lipoprotein, P > 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant.5.Hs-CRP, NO, Hcy comparison: the treatment group was better than the control group in hs-CRP and Hcy improvement,P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant;there was no significant in difference the two group in NO improvement,P > 0.05.6.Safety Evaluation:60 cases of patients from the treatment group and the control group were detectioned in blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, blood routine, liver function(ALT, AST), renal function(BUN, Cr) before and after treatment. Test results were ranged between medical reference value. There was no significant changes before and after treatment. It shows that the soft Extract with supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation and Collaterals has no obvious toxic and side effect and is safe to apply.Conclusion: The soft extract with supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation and collaterals has well clinical effect on patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.It can improve the patient's symptoms of angina, TCM symptoms, ECG curative effect,and lower blood lipids and clinical safety is well and no adverse reaction.
