Syphilitic suppression over cellular immunity is one of the main causes of syphilitic attack and its prolonged course. Now the correlation between new-type cytokines and cellular immunity from syphilis, along with its functions, has become a new hot spot in the research on syphilitic pathogenesis. Objective: To explore the revelance of IL-33ã€IL-35ã€IL-37ã€IL-38 with preofeta,s immnnity. Methods: The levels of IL-33(153)ã€IL-35(133)ã€IL-37(128)ã€IL-38(138)in the patients and IL-33(162)ã€IL-35(156)ã€IL-37(176)ã€IL-38(180)in the healthy controls were detected with ELLSA, statistical analysis was performed using SPSS19.0Results: There was no significant difference in the levels of IL-33 and IL-35 between patients and contronls(P=0.638>0.05 and P=0.122>0.05).There was significant difference in the levels of IL-37 and IL-38 between patients and contronls(P<0.001 and P<0.001)Conclusion: IL-33 and IL-35 may not correlate with cellular immunity in the patients with syphilis.IL-37 and IL-38 may correlate with cellular immunity in the patients with early syphilis. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | syphilis, cellular immunity, interleukin 33, interleukin 35, interleukin 37, interleukin 38 | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
