Objective: To study the xinjiang region unique hyperlipidemia distribution regularity of TCM syndrome types.Method: adopt the method of cluster random sampling, in urumqi, xinjiang, turpan, altay, ili, aksu, hetian and collection of aged 18-70- year- old hand, Blood lipids and a total of 2528 patients with hyperlipidemia, with 1410 cases patients with hyperlipidemia, using the proposed the different ethnic groups in xinjiang hyperlipemia susceptible factors of epidemiological investigation questionnaire "general situation, the susceptible factors, blood lipid classification, complications, syndromes, tongue and other clinical data, perform statistical analysis.Results: The xinjiang region of hyperlipidemia is mainly divided into the spleen kidney both deficiency type(46.2%), heart pulse bizu(31.1%), phlegm and blood stasis resistance(13.3%), followed by wet sheng(8.3%), liver and kidney Yin deficiency(0.7%), two among the spleen and kidney deficiency type is most common. Card type distribution is associated with age, ethnic minority.Conclusion: Xinjiang region is given priority to with deficiency syndrome, hyperlipemia and see card such as phlegm turbidity, hot and humid, involve multiple organs, qi-blood together complex situation of disease. Spleen kidney deficiency, liver and kidney Yin deficiency, followed by wet sheng three syndrome types increased with age.
