Research On The Use Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Liaoning Provincial Hospital Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based On The Perspective Of Cost And Compensatio

Purpose:Based on the service cost and compensation,through the theoretical and empirical analysis of the use of Traditional Chinese medicine and the factors affecting the use of TCM in Liaoning Province,we put forward targeted and feasible policy suggestions to improve the utilization rate of Traditional Chinese medicine,and promote the sustainable development of Traditional Chinese medicine in Liaoning Province through the guiding role of the policy.Method:Adopt literature survey method to collect research on the development of TCM hospitals,adopt the TCM industry as a whole system,analyze the internal role of the system and the interconnection between the system and the external environment from a macro perspective,so as to promote the rational use of TCM hospitals;use comparative analysis method,showing the differences between indicators and data,and analyze the correlation between influencing factors and TCM costs.Results:From 2018 to 2020,The proportion of traditional Chinese medicine in the average outpatient income and inpatient income has increased,In contrast to the other provinces,Liaoning Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,TCM income accounted for a relatively high proportion;The income of provincial hospitals is relatively high,County and city hospitals’ western medicine income accounted for a relatively high proportion;The proportion of financial subsidy income of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in our province has increased year by year,The government’s financial investment in TCM hospitals is gradually expanding;Traditional Chinese medicine hospitals mostly use integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to treat diseases;Gender,age,number of days in hospital stay,hospital level,hospital type,whether other diseases are combined,TCM reimbursement ratio,payment type and these factors have a certain impact on the cost of TCM;The high correlation with the cost of TCM are the treatment expenses per capita,TCM reimbursement rate,average daily visits,medical insurance coverage of urban workers,average inpatient bed day and other factors.Conclusion:From the perspective of the national level,the government should strengthen the reimbursement of TCM hospitals,further deepen the reform of the TCM system,and improve the publicity and education of TCM;from the hospital level,enhance the characteristics and advantages of TCM hospitals,and the influence of gender differences on the use of TCM.
