Objective:To evaluate the association between the polymorphisms of DNA repair genes ADPRT, hOGG1, XRCC1 and the risk and the risk for laryngeal carcinoma.screening of susceptible population and individual provide a scientific basis for prevention. Methods:This is a case-control comprised of two groups,156 patients with laryngeal cancer, and 190 random healthy control group.the two groups were matched by sex and age.Multiplex SNaPshot technic was used to explore polymorphism of DNA repair gene ADPRT.726、hOGG1 326、XRCClc.399 in distribution of patient with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and normal control..The comparison between the case group and the control group of gender, age, smoking history, and the differences in genotype distribution. In a conditional logistic regression model to calculate odds ratio (ORs) and 95% confidence limit(C/s), to estimate the relative risk. Results:XRCC1 399 loci Arg/Gln(hybrid) and Gin/Gin(mutant) genotype individuals increased the risk of throat cancer(P<0.01), while ADPRT 726 loci Val/Val genotypes is throat sick a protective factor(P<0.01), hOGGl.326 loci polymorphis in laryngeal cancer and found no obvious difference between the control (P>0.05). Conclusion:ADPRT, XRCC1 gene polymorphism might be associated witll the susceptibility of laryngeal cancer, and hOGGl 326 locus mutation did not affect the incidence of laryngeal cancer risk.
