The Clinial Observation Of Acupuncture Cervial Paravertebral Point Combined With Hand Sanyang Meridains Acupoints To Treat Basilar-Type Migraine

Objective:Through the acupuncture at cervical paravertebral poin with Hand Sanyang Meridians acupoints Therapy of basilar-type migraine clinical curative effect observation, and then discusses its mechanism, provide the basis for its application in clinic.Methods:With 60 cases of patients with basilar-type migraine diagnostic criteria, patients were from Heilongjiang University of Chinese medicine in the fourth clinic acupuncture of the First Affiliated Hospital, treatment has sequence number were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment, each with 30 cases in each patients. The treatment group used is acupuncture at cervical paravertebral poin with Hand Sanyang Meridians acupoints and flunarizine, patients in the control group were treated with sibelium alone. After two courses of treatment, according to "Chinese medicine treatment of headache clinical research guidelines," the criteria concerning the efficacy of migraine and two groups of patients before and after treatment visual analog scale (VAS) score,evaluating the clinical curative effective of two groups of treatment by objectively. While the two groups of patients before and after treatment were basilar artery mean flow velocity (Vm) values were detected.Result:1 VAS scores was observed before and after treatment, both groups showed significant improvement, by statistical analysis (P<0.05), described the two groups were able to significantly alleviate headaches. VAS scores between the two groups after the treatment, the statistical analysis (P<0.05), a statistically significant difference.2 Comparison of efficacy were observed within the group, there was a significant difference (P<0.05), indicating the treatment group was significantly superior to control group.3 Observation of minimizing mean flow velocity of the basilar artery after treatment, the statistical analysis (P<0.05), indicating the treatment group improved significantly basilar artery mean flow velocity.Conclusion:1 acupuncture cervical paravertebral point combined with Hand Sanyang Meridians acupoints can obviously improve the clinial symptoms of basilar-type migraine.2 Hand Sanyang Meridians acupoints distal acupoints for the treatment of basal-type migraine is effectively.3 Acupuncture cervical paravertebral point with hand Sanyang meridians can ameliorate the basilar artery mean blood velocity...
