| Purpose:To observe the external use bletilla clinical curative effect of cervical HR-HPV infection,To explore whether bletilla can have curative effect on HR-HPV infection,To prevent the occurrence of cervical cancer lesion before,And HR-for clinical treatment of HPV infection to provide a safe and effective drugs.Methods:This topic will be the first Hospital affiliated to Heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine from July to December,2014 in the outpatient service of department of gynaecology into standard type 60 cases of high risk HPV infection with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 1 of patients,Were randomly divided into bletilla treatment group 30 cases,Bao fu kang suppository control group 30 cases,During treatment the treatment group falls off in 2 cases,The control group falls off in 1 case,3 months after treatment,Changes were observed before and after treatment of clinical symptoms and sighs,HR-HPV turn rate and the change of DNA loads,The end of the reversible pathology. Results:1.Two groups of patients after treatment of TCM syndrome score were lower, there are comparable, the treatment group is better than that of control group (P< 0.05).2.Two groups of patients after treatment in the two aspects of clinical curative effect and TCM symptoms curative effect comparison, there are comparable, the treatment group is better than that of control group (P< 0.05).3.Two groups of patients after treatment of HPV DNA loads and HPV turn rate, The treatment group and control group all have effect, And the results are similar (P> 0.05). Conclusion:1.High-risk type HPV infection merged CIN1 level application of bletilla can effectively improve the clinical symptoms.2.High-risk type HPV infection merged CIN1 level application of bletilla can reduce the HPV DNA loads at the same time increase the number of turn of HPV.3.The application of bletilla treatment of high-risk type HPV infection merged CIN1 level has good clinical effect, is worth promoting clinical widely used. |
