Objective:To investigate the Jiaji electro-acupuncture binding on the nerve root cervical spondylosis symptoms affecting the nervous mobilization signs.looking for a more rational and efficient treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis.in order to alleviate the suffering of patients and improve their quality of life.Method:Patients with cervical radiculopathy standard 90 cases were males and 41.to take a random grouping.each group of 30 people.A group(Jiaji electro-acupuncture group)using conventional treatment Jiaji acupuncture, massage, wax treatment;group B(nerve mobilization group)using neural mobilization with massage, paraffin treatment;group C (treatment group)On the basis of therapeutic massage, wax treatment, the electro-acupuncture therapy combined with nerve mobilization. After two weeks of continuous treatment, according to each group before and after treatment VAS score,Tanaka Yasush nerve root cervical spondylosis symptoms and signs score, observed Jiaji electro-acupuncture combined with nerve mobilization of patients with cervical radiculopathy symptoms and signs affected.Results1.Three groups of patients after treatment VAS score.Tanaka Yasushnerve root cervical spondylosis symptoms and signs score compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2.After treatment, Jiaji electro-acupuncture combined with nerve mobilization group in VAS score,a simple nerve mobilization group Tanaka Yasush nerve root type cervical disease symptoms and signs and simple score on Jiaji EA group,a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusions1. Jiaji acupuncture therapy, nerve mobilization therapy and acupuncture Jiaji nerve mobilization combination therapy can significantly improve patients with cervical radiculopathy symptoms, signs,a significant effect.2. Jiaji electro-acupuncture combined with nerve mobilization therapy for efficacy of nerve root cervical spondylosis was significantly better than the efficacy of acupuncture Jiaji alone therapy or nerve mobilization therapy, worthy of clinical application. |
