Objective:The surrounding electroacupuncture treatment of bedsore,the surrounding electroacupuncture group and the control group arecompared,to observe the surrounding electroacupuncture treatment ofbedsore is feasible and effective.Methods:42 patients with bedsore patients, according to random number table,divided into experimental group (surrounding electroacupuncture group) and control group (treatment group),21 patients in each group.Electric acupuncture group to conventional treatment first,Then around the wound up and down or so four directions each choose a area to acupuncture. And the wound edge 0.5 cm apart, pinpoint the direction about 45 ° to the middle of bedsore. The (treatment group only take with the same routine debridement with surrounding electroacupuncture group, without acupuncture treatment. Treatment of the two groups of a course of treatment, a course of treatment for 3 weeks, measurements were performed on the bedsorearea in the treatment of,7,14 and 21 days. Evaluated with PUSH,Through the statistical analysis software, the difference of curative effecte valuation.Results:1.For fourteenth days, the area was reduced significantly with free basic treatment group.14 days of treatment, the two groups were compared by t-test, p= 0.026, p<0.05, there is a significant difference.21 days of treatment, the two groups were compared by t-test, p= 0.016, p<0.05, there is a significant difference.2.PUSH evaluation scores:surrounding electroacupuncture group in 14d after treatment, PUSH score decreased significantly,score and basic treatment group compared with the significant difference. After treatment 14d, obtained by the t test p= 0.015, p<0.05, significant difference. Treatment 21d, obtained by the t test p= 0.011, p<0.05, instructions from the wound area,24h exudate amount, more basic aspects of wound tissue type treatment group improved significantly.Conclusion:1:Surrounding electroacupuncture group for the treatment of bedsore with obvious therapeutic effect.2:Surrounding electroacupuncture treatment method requires sustained more than two weeks before significant results.
