Objective:To investigate the umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (HUMSCs) applies acellular nerve catheter. After induction, Nestin, GFAP and NF-M expression was positive.8 weeks after implantation cell test results show, A, group B and group C BBB score, electrophysiological and length after neurofilament NF-200 staining were significantly different (P<0.05), but the retrograde tracer mark, before injury in experimental animals in each group and the contralateral side of the spinal cord corresponding to the number of red dyed horn neurons than were no significant differences (P> 0.05). Conclusions:1.human umbilical cord contains mesenchymal stem cells, tissue blocks for primary culture method is superior to the cold trypsin digestion; and the ability to HUMSCs neurons induced.2.HUMSCs combined acellular nerve can effectively promote the repair of rat femoral nerve injury.
