Objective:To explore the value of Contrast-enhanced ultrasound diagnosis in the endometrial benign and malignant lesions. Methods:Altogether 68 patients with endometrial lesions received Transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound imaging test to observe the perfusion time-difference between lesions and uninvolved muscle, to analyze the clinical application value.Results:42 cases were benign and 26 cases were malignant of the 68 endometrial lesions diagnosed by operation and pathology; there were statistically significant (P<0.05) between them in beginning time, peak strength, beginning-time difference, peak-time difference, wasde time difference within lesions and norma muscle layer of a time intensity curve parameter. The area under the above five parameters obtained by ROC curve curves were 0.303,0.875,0.904,0.878,0.889, with beginning-time difference-840ms between lesions and normal muscle layer as diagnostic point, the area under the curve was the largest, its degree of sensitivity (99.1%) and specific (88.9%), indicating that the beginning-time difference had a better diagnosic value of detecting the benign and malignant of endometrial. Conclusion:The beginning time-difference between endometrial lesions and normal muscle laye can be used to diagnose endometrial benign and malignant lesions as a new index.
