Objective By analyzing the different genotypes in patients with opioid receptors, the effects of genetic factors in cancer patients sufentanil for individual differences in demand for clinical cancer are studied, which provide personalized medicine reference for postoperative analgesia with sufentanil. Methods 272 patients who had selective general analgesia hysterectomy through abdomen and pelvic lymph node dissection were chosen and detected the OPRM1A118 G gene via general analgesia technology in HUNAN CANCER HOSPITAL. The detection results were divided in three groups: wild type homozygous(AA), mutant heterozygous(AG)and mutant homozygous(GG).The plasma concentration was detected 1 minute and 10 minutes respectively after the using of Sufentanil. The collected data was analyzed via the SPSS19.0.1. There was no significant difference between the General situation、operation time among the three groups after operation.2. There was no significant difference among the three groups plasma concentration 1 minute and 10 minutes respectively after the using of Sufentanil(P>0.05).3. According to OPRM1A118 G,272 patients’ detection were chosen successfully. There were 112 samples in A/A group,136 samples in A/G group and 24 samples in G/G group. The mutation frequency of OPRM1A118 G allele is 33.8% among the cervical cancer patients.4. The average consumption of Sufentanil and NRS score had a significant difference among the three groups 8 hours、24 hours、48 hours after the operation(p<0.05). Compared with the wild type homozygous(AA) and mutant heterozygous(AG), the average consumption of Sufentanil of mutant homozygous(GG) saw a significant increase(p<0.05).5. There was no significant difference between levels of sedation reaction(LOS) among the three groups after operation.ConclusionThe mutation frequency of OPRM1A118 G in the Chinese patients with cervical cancer was 33.8%. OPRM1A118 G gene polymorphism had no significant effect on the plasma concentrations of sufentanil.OPRM1A118 G gene polymorphism had no significant effect on the extent of the reaction of postoperative sedation with sufentanil, but after 8 hours 、 24 hours and 48 hours, NRS score and average consumption of sufentanil are affected. Patients homozygous for the mutation should increase the amount of sufentanil, predictive genetic profiles of patients, helping individual treatment.
