| Purpose: Play the features and advantages of Chinese medicine treatment methods, through the observation of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic gastric paresis patients(stomach yin deficiency syndrome) the effects of gastric motility and make exploratory research, to the clinical efficacy observation of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.Method: In the Department of Endocrinology outpatient and treatment area of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment plus domperidone oral treatment, the treatment group given basic treatment plus acupuncture combined with oral Chinese medicine treatment, 4 weeks after the observation results. In the experiment, the general condition, signs, physical and chemical tests of the patients before and after the treatment were monitored, and the improvement of the clinical effect was recorded and evaluated.Result: After 4 weeks of clinical observation, the treatment group and the control group in the stomach emptying test, clinical symptoms and other indicators were improved than before treatment(P<0.05), the treatment group was significantly(P<0.05) in the gastric emptying test and the improvement of TCM symptoms, the adverse events occurred in the two groups. The clinical total treatment efficiency of the treatment group was 86.67%, and the control group was 73.33%, and the combination of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine was also determined.Conclusion: Acupuncture combines with traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of diabetic gastro paresis(Stomach Yin Deficiency Syndrome) clinical curative effect, can significantly shorten the gastric emptying time and improve clinical symptoms and enhance the gastric motility in diabetic gastro paresis, traditional Chinese medicine therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic gastro paresis, and no obvious adverse reaction. |
