| Purpose: Through the observation of acupuncture combined with Wenyang Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of DGP-Diabetic Gastroparesis(Yang deficiency of spleen and stomach), objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety and provide the feasible basis for the clinical application of acupuncture combined with medicines in treatment of DGP.Method: 60 patients, who came from the Department of endocrinology of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine and met the inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into the treatment group and the contrast group, and 30 cases in each group. The treatment group were given acupuncture plus Wenyang Tongluo Decoction while the control group were given oral Domperidone, which was set for 4 weeks as a course of treatment. Monitoring the symptoms, general physical examination results, and the improvement of clinical symptoms, recording, counting, and evaluating the curative effects is a whole process.Result: After a period of clinical observation, the two group patients’ gastric emptying rate was increased significantly. Compared with the control group, the patients’ efficacy in the treatment group is better. The difference was significant(P<0.05). The clinical symptoms of TCM-Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment group are more obvious(P < 0.05). The clinical total effective rate: the treatment group was 83.33%, and the contrast group was 60%. Acupuncture combined with decoction in the treatment of Diabetic Gastroparesis is reliable.Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with Wenyang Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of Diabetic Gastroparesis has its curative effects, and it has no significant adverse reactions, which indicates the affirmative curative effects in the treatment of DGP and is worth a clinical promotion and further research. |
