Mongolian medicine is regarded as the Mongolian traditional medicine for short. Mongolian medicine is one of the basic disciplines of Mongolian Studies, and it is the product of long-term producing activity and wisdom of the Mongolian people, besides it s also an essential part of the Mongolian traditional culture. For the minorities in Northern China especially the Mongolia,Mongolian medicine had played an important role in disease prevention and treatment. Mongolian medicine is closely related to the characteristics of Mongolian. It was generated in the northern minority areas under many synthetical affections especially the customs, the natural environment,the seasons and the physical conditions of the people. As an important study field of Mongolian and a significant part of the Mongolian traditional culture, Mongolian medicine is of a unique status. It has been a long history for the development of the Mongolian medicine, and people are more and more interested into the logical issues in it. Nomadism and hunting are the main living styles of Mongolian in ancient, and meat, dairy, kumiss, milk tea are their main diets.As a result of that, the traditional therapy which was adapted to the residence, natural environment,living habits had been created, and continued to develop until now. Nowadays, the Mongolian medicine is still the mainstream medicine in this area, this is not only because of its unique characteristics and practicality, but also because of its scientificity internal. Besides it s the best among all kinds of medicines in this area, and it is widely accepted by the people, as a result of that, it has been paid a lot of attention by a number of professionals both domestic and abroad.Since Mongolian medicine has developed for a long time, the content about the importance of the way of logical thinking are getting more and more important. The Mongolian medicine, which has developed a long time till now, has made an indelible contribution to medicine, and the way of thinking and methods of reasoning played the most important role in the treatment. This paper mainly focus on the investigation of thinking and reasoning of Mongolian medicine. And this article makes a preliminary discussion about three aspects,the meaning of the logic of Mongolian medicine,the theoretical system and the logical thinking of Mongolian medicine,the dynamical treatment and synthesized reasoning of Mongolian medicine.
