Clinical Study On Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease And Angina Pectoris By Yang - Yang Huoxue Therapy

Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of Warming Yang and activating blood circulation method in treating patients with stable angina pectoris of Yang deficiency and blood stasis type and its mechanism.Method: Patients with coronary heart were 60 cases, were randomly divided into t reatment group and control group, 30 cases in each,the treatment group was given We nyang Huoxue recipe joint Xin Tong Tie, the control group was given Wenyang Huoxue recipe simulation agent and Xin Tong Tie simulation agent, a course of 30 days.Observ ation of angina symptoms improvement, improvement of symptoms in Chinese Medici ne, change of high sensitive C reactive protein level before and after treatment.Statisti cal methods using SPSS17.0 statistical software, measurement data using t test, count data using X2 test, rank data using rank sum test.Result: 1 Angina symptoms: Treatment group and control group of angina symptoms were im proved,the total effective rate was 83.3%, 33.3%,(P<0.05),the treatment group was bett er than the control group; 2 The efficacy of TCM syndrome: Treatment group and control group of TCM sympt oms were improved,the total effective rate was 90%, 36.7%,(P<0.05), the treatment gr oup was better than the control group; 3 Hs-crp:The level of hs CRP of the two groups of patients were decreased, Treatment group compared with the control group before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);before treatment and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the control group before and after the treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The treatment group compared with the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 The method of Warming Yang and activating blood can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of angina pectoris of Yang deficiency and blood stasis type stable angina pectoris. 2 The method of Warming Yang and activating blood can effectively improve the sy mptoms of TCM in patients with stable angina pectoris of Yang deficiency and blood stasis type. 3 The method of Warming Yang and activating blood can reduce the level of patients with Yang deficiency and blood stasis type of angina pectoris of high sensitive Creactive protein.
