| Objective: By observing the Coronary Ning Tong Decoction in the treatment of coronary angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Phlegm and Blood Stasis with deficiency of QI) curative effect and blood lipid changes, as well as the Coronary Ning Tong Decoction reverse coronary atherosclerotic plaque, make statistics and evaluation in detail, discusses its influence on blood lipid, reversal of plaque and mechanism, evaluation of its safety and feasibility, provide ideas and new evidence for clinical practice and experimental research.Methods:In this study, 64 patients will meet the inclusion criteria, according to the random number table, the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets, 20 mg each time, 1 time a night; Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets, 100 mg each time, 1 time a night;Isosorbide Mononitrate Tablets, 20 mg each time, 2 times a day;with 9 months of observation. Treatment group: in the control group on the basis of giving drugs plus the Coronary Ning Tong Decoction, 150 ml each time, 2 times a day; 9 months of observation. Regular observation and record the patients symptoms, signs, ECG, blood lipids, liver and kidney function, and observe the record the changes in clinical symptoms, blood lipids, coronary artery stenosis and coronary plaque before and after treatment, and drug safety situation.Results: 1.The baseline data of two groups(age, gender, medical history, and t lipids, TCM syndrome integral, target vessel etc. before the treatmen) showed no significant difference(P > 0.05) analysis, comparability. 2.The two groups has a certain clinical curative effect, the total effective rate of treatment group 93.54%, control group, the total efficiency of 76.67%, there are significant differences in contrast the curative effect of the two groups(P=0.02 < 0.05), indicating that treatment group is better than control group. 3.The two groups were able to reduce blood lipid, blood lipid in treatment group the total efficiency is 96.77%, control group, blood lipid total efficiency is 86.66%, with a significant difference between two groups(P=0.005 < 0.05), visible in the blood fats curative effect in treatment group was significantly better than the control group. 4.The two groups can reduce the degree of luminal stenosis, delaying the progress of coronary plaque control group after treatment, the degree of coronary stenosis decreased compared with baseline values was 17.34 ± 15.47%, and the degree of coronary artery stenosis treated group decreased compared with baseline values was 26.97 ± 18.49%, the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002 < 0.05), indicating that treatment reversal of plaque group is obviously higher than that of control group. 5.The security analysis showed that the Coronary Ning Tong Decoction is safety and effective, no adverse reaction was found during the treatment, can be used in clinical.Conclusion:The study show that, compared with the control group, the Coronary Ning Tong Decoction Group had more effective roles in improving the clinical symptoms, TCM syndrome integral, regulating blood fat reducing, reducing the degree of coronary artery stenosis and reversal of coronary plaque etc.. And the analysis indicate the Coronary Ning Tong Decoction prescription by expanding coronary artery, increasing blood flow, improving hypoxia myocardial ischemia, reducing blood fat, especially the lower LDL-C and increasing HDL-C,improving the endothelial function toimprove the clinical symptoms, myocardial protection and reverse coronary atherosclerotic plaque. |
