Clinical Study Of Coronary Ning Tong Decoction On The Influence Of Coronary Heart Disease(Phlegm And Blood Stasis With Deficiency Of QI Angina Pectoris And Coronary Microcirculation

Objective:Through the clinical study of Coronary Ning Tong Decoction in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris(qi deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis type),to evaluate its treatment and improvement of coronary microcirculation disorder,and to explore the improvement of microcirculation in Coronary Ning Tong Decoction.The mechanism of action such as angina caused by obstacles provides clinical basis and treatment ideas for treating angina caused by microcirculation disorders.Methods:Sixty-two patients with qi deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and coronary microcirculation disorder were selected.They were randomly divided into control group(31 cases)and treatment group(31 cases).The control group was given oral aspirin(100 mg,Once a day);atorvastatin calcium tablets(10 mg once daily);isosorbide mononitrate tablets(20 mg twice daily).The treatment group was given Coronary Ning Tong Decoction Chinese Herbal Decoction(200ml/time,twice daily)on the basis of routine western medicine.A total of 3 months of observation and treatment were recorded and analyzed.The intra-group changes and differences between groups in the symptoms,signs,safety indicators and efficacy indicators before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results:1.The clinical symptoms of angina pectoris and pain were improved in both groups.The total effective rate of angina pectoris in the control group was 82.76%,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.67%.The therapeutic effectof angina pectoris was statistically significant in the two groups.Better than the control group.2.The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared.The total effective rate of the control group was 65.52%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%.The results were statistically significant compared with the rank sum test.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.The myocardial ischemia degree of both groups was effectively improved after treatment.The baseline value of total ischemia zone of ECT myocardial perfusion was decreased from 7.27±3.63 to 5.54±2.87,and the decrease rate was 23.80±20.94%.The baseline value of the perfusion ischemic wall segment decreased from 6.91±4.06 to 3.18 ± 2.34,and the decrease rate was 54.70 ± 42.36%.The difference was statistically significant,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Coronary Ning Tong Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of chest tightness,chest pain,shortness of breath and palpitations in patients with coronary heart disease,and improve the quality of life of patients.2.Coronary Ning Tong Decoction can effectively improve myocardial ischemia caused by coronary microcirculation disorders.3.Coronary Ning Tong Decoction has a good effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease,and should be further developed and promoted..
