Objective: Through the detection of the syndrome in the periwound differentiation ofchronic leg ulcer and sore weeks skin microcirculation,to explore the modern evaluationindex of the periwound differentiation of chronic leg ulcer.Methods: From2012Octoberto2013November were selected in patients with peripheral vascular diseases, AffiliatedHospital of Shandong University of TCM.A total of35cases of chronic leg ulcer groupas,The downward of damp-heat syndrome group of14people,12people of blood-stasissyndrome, deficiency of qi-blood with stasis syndrome group9.Select lower extremitywithout obvious lesions of11people in the control group.Observation of the periwounddifferentiation of chronic leg ulcer the syndrome group and control group, clinicalcharacteristics and microcirculation indexes, Application of SPSS16.0software forcorrelation analysis.Results: gender, age, course of disease,disease location, depth of ulcer,number, ulcer size, the swollen potential have no significant difference in Observation ofthe periwound differentiation of chronic leg ulcer the syndrome group and controlgroup,The disease history, the week color, the week feeling, the week temperature, thetexture of the week, other circumstances of the week and transcutaneous oxygenpressure(TCPO2) and blood perfusion was significant in the periwound differentiation ofchronic leg ulcer of various types of group differences.Conclusion: Through the statisticalanalysis of the periwound differentiation of chronic leg ulcer syndrome characteristics andmicrocirculation detection index and the card chronic leg ulcer group and the control group relationship.To provide an objective basis for the syndrome differentiation of theperiwound differentiation of chronic leg ulcer，make the periwound differentiation ofchronic leg ulcer more pefect.
