Objective: To study the Development of Tripterygium glycosides nano gel, andresearch its pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics.Methods: Nano gel system as a carrier of Tripterygium Glycosides of transdermaldrug delivery, prepare for Tripterygium Glycosides nano gel delivery system. Establish apercutaneous microdialysis system, by using the method of microdialysis samplingcombined with the LC/MS assay, to investigate pharmacokinetic characteristics of drugs invivo. Establish a mouse model of chronic dermatitis eczema for pharmacodynamics study.Results: The preparation of tripterygium glycosides nano gel properties meet therequirements, the transdermal effect is obviously better than tripterygium glycosidesordinary gel and saturated aqueous solution; and the skin drug concentration issignificantly higher than that of drug concentration in blood, and has certain effect ofsustained release. Tripterygium glycosides nano gel has a good therapeutic effect on micemodel of dermatitis and eczema, and reduced toxicity.Conclusion: Tripterygium glycosides nano gel is expected to provide a new andlong-acting exterernal preparation for the clinical treatment of dermatitis and eczema. |
