Objective: According to fracture healing, the rehabilitation training method of"dynamic balance" principle, under the guidance of, and to study its "basic rehabilitationquantity", to confirm that the training method of fracture of scientific validity functionrehabilitation after surgery in complex ankle, thus providing an effective rehabilitationprogram for clinical complexity of ankle closed fracture treatment section. Methods:Will meet the inclusion criteria of45cases of complicated fractures of the ankleoperation treated patients, randomly divided into3groups,15patients in each group. A, Bgroup with "dynamic balance" under the guidance of the principle of rehabilitation trainingmethod for functional activities, group A with rehabilitation in smaller quantities (the"basic rehabilitation quantity"), group B with relative large amount of rehabilitation; groupC with no guidance system, no quantization of traditional painless rehabilitation methodsfor functional activities,6months after surgery, compared to functional recovery inpatients of the3groups, and analysis and evaluation. Results: Fracture healing time: the3groups had no significant difference (P>0.05);limb ankle joint range of motion (ROM) evaluation and joint function: A, B group than theC group, A group and C group, B group and C group were significantly different (P<0.01),A group and the B group showed no significant difference (P>0.05); postoperativecomplications: A, B, C3groups of fractures healed well.Conclusion:1."dynamic balance" under the guidance of the principle of rehabilitation trainingmethod for complex fractures of the ankle postoperative ankle range of motion (ROM) andankle function restoration has good curative effect and will not affect the healing of fracture;2.the relatively well-off complex (group A) of the affected limb function rehabilitation, can be in a complex function of ankle joint fracture and postoperative rehabilitation, received the exact effect, the rehabilitation quantity can be used as "basic rehabilitationquantity" in clinical application. |
