Objective:A study was to investigate through the balance of fixation and rehabilitation principle in complex fractures of tibial plateau in the role of postoperative functional exerciseMethods:Analysis in June 2007 to 2009 12 menstrual surgical treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures in 45 patients (According to postoperative function of the different training methods A group of 23 patients,physicians under the guidance of functional recovery; B group of 22 patients, physicians under the Independent functional rehabilitation).Evaluate the two kinds of functional exercise of knee function and knee joint activity.Results:A group of knee function significantly better than group B,There were significant difference (P<0.05) in functional exercise of knee function;A group of knee joint activity significantly better than group B,There were significant difference (P<0.05) in knee joint activity.Conclusion:The balance of motion and quiescence has better effect on the Function Rehabilitation and ROM of complex tibial plateau fracture surgery knee joint.
