Objective:By oxygen autologous blood transfusion therapy efficacy in the treatment ofcerebral infarction, in defects in patients with cerebral infarction neurological effects;while observing the safety of ozone therapy, including adverse reactions, as well asthe incidence of complications was observed ozone infarction affect the patient’sblood viscosity and blood lipids; hope to provide a new method for cerebral infarctionclinical basis for this treatment, to facilitate the reduction of the incidence ofcomplications, improve the quality of life of patients. Methods:From November2013to May2014,130patients with acute cerebral infarctionwere randomly divided into two groups(n=65). The control group was given drugs ofblood circulation, nerve nutrition and anti-platelet aggregation. On the basis of thedrug treatment, treatment group were treated with ozone autologous blood transfusiontherapy, once a day, the treatment of ten days. The neurologic impairment score, blood viscosity and blood lipids was determinationed at24h of admission and2weeks of treatment (day15) neurological deficit scores, and venous blood viscosityand blood lipids measured indicators, while observing adverse reactions duringtreatment. Using SAS9software, measurement data with each group±s, comparisonbetween groups using t-test; count data at a rate that the groups were compared usingthe χ2test, P <0.05was considered statistically significant.Results:After2weeks of treatment, the treatment group neurologic impairment scorewere significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). The significant efficiencyand total efficiency was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05).The total cholesterol, triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, high shearviscosity, low shear viscosity of whole blood was significantly lower than the controlgroup (P <0.05). No significant adverse reactions were found in the course oftreatment. Conclusions:On acute cerebral infarction, ozone autologous blood transfusion therapy hasbetter therapeutic effect. It can significantly improve neurological deficits, reduceblood viscosity and blood lipid levels with acute cerebral infarction. It has feweradverse reactions, should be introduced in the clinical treatment.
