The Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Ventricular Extrasystole By Yiqi Huayu Capsule

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of treating syndrome of Qi-asthenia and blood-Stasis of ventricular extrasystole through applying the Yiqi Huayu capsule and To explore its mechanism.Methods:60patients were randomly divided into the experimental group (30cases) and the control group (30cases). Shensongyangxin capsule were given to the control group. The experimental group was dosed Yiqi Huayu capsule. The course of clinical treatment is four weeks.Result:Compared with the control group, experimental group after treatment had remarkable effect upon improving electrocardiogram,24hours dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG) and heart rates. There were significant differences (P<0.05).The effect on clinical symptom of The experimental group including palpitation, chest tightnessand, heartache, was greatly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huayu capsule has good curative effect on treating syndrome of Qi-asthenia and blood-Stasis of ventricular extrasystole,can appease palpitation, chest tightnessand, heartache, can effectively reduce the number of premature ventricular contractions, Improve the ECG ST-T, anti myocardial ischemia.Its mechanism may be that Yiqi Huayu capsule can inhibite the self-discipline of ectopic pacemake and improve the relationship of heart function.
