Clinical Observation Of ANLV Capsule In Treatment Of Ventricular Premature Coronary Disease

Objective: through the observation of the clinical efficacy and safety of the security law of capsule in the treatment of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis type of arrhythmia of coronary heart disease with ventricular premature beat, provide clinical evidence to prove the ANLV capsule is an effective drug for the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type of arrhythmia of coronary heart disease with ventricular premature beat.Methods: This study selected cases of Western medicine for coronary heart disease arrhythmia ventricular premature beats and syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis patients. According to the clinical research into standard of 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group 30 cases. The treatment group received conventional western medicine as the foundation, and service security law of capsule, and the control group received conventional western medicine as basis, taking tartaric acid metoprolol tablets(Times). The course of treatment was 4 weeks. To observe the two groups of patients before and after treatment in 24 hour dynamic electrocardiogram room, TCM syndrome curative effect index and blood, urine and other safety indicators.Results: in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 93.33% and 73.33%in the control group, the differences between the two groups have significant meaning. Two groups of patients before and after treatment of blood, urine routine are compared, and the result showed, the ANLV Capsule on blood, urine routine without abnormal effects.Conclusion:1. ANLV capsule in the treatment of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis type coronary heart disease with ventricular premature beat have significant effect, which can improve the patients’ clinical symptoms and signs, improve ECG for up to 24 hours of patient, reduce ventricular premature beat seizure frequency.2. ANLV capsule in the treatment of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis type coronary heart disease with ventricular premature beat has remarkable curative effect,3. treatment safety indicators before and after no abnormal change, and showed the ANLV capsule is safe in clinical application.
