Objective:Currently, the learning of pulse diagnosis also based on classroomteaching. This study is aiming to investigate on the lack of the teaching, in order to breakthe dilemma of understanding in the heart but not understanding in the processing,provides a new method for the learning and delivering of pulse diagnosis.Methods: Take Chinese medicine pulse as the starting point,search for the themorphological characteristics of fourteen pulse from TCM ancient books, and resolutionthe information points of original document.Then mining the connotation and definite thesense of finger of the14Chinese medicine pulse on expert judgment, then surveyed on119clinicians by the formal questionnaire,which contains the theory and the skill of traditionalChinese medicine.Results:On the document surveys,we found that the combined factors of Chinesemedicine pulse were dominant in number, and the elements is not unified; The Differenceof the skill was found by the questionnaire,but no difference was found on the theory oftraditional Chinese medicine between learning and non-learning systemic pulse rearch andsyndrome differentiation,and one,who learned systemic pulse rearch and syndromedifferentiation, can using more sense of finger in the pulse diagnosis.Conclusion: One deficiency of teaching in current pulse diagnosis is lack ofnormalization of science and the elements of Chinese medicine pulse is not unified thesense of finger,the other is lack of psychological cognition and unclear sense of finger inthe process of pulse diagnosis.
