Objective:Type M2tumor associated macrophage (tumor-associated macrophages, TAMs) inesophageal squamous cell carcinoma (esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, ESCC) ofinfiltration and tumor tissues, micro lymphatic generated in carcinoma tissues and normaltissues, the relationship between micro research type M2TAMs, lymphatic vessel density(microlymphatic density, MLD) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma of the significance oflymph node metastases, analysis the M2TAMs relationship with clinical pathology ofesophageal squamous carcinoma.Materials and Methods:pathological specimens, paraffin embedding.At the same time to collect detailedcomprehensive clinical data and postoperative pathological data, male in49cases,31cases,women aged35to74years old.All the cases are not chemotherapy before surgery, radiationtherapy and immune therapy, such as preoperative rheumatoid immune diseases and thyroidfunction hyperfunction, patients with diabetes, heart disease, including high differentiationcarcinoma23cases, differentiated carcinoma in39cases,18cases of poorly differentiatedcarcinoma;Invasion and mucous-muscular34cases, and the outer membrane of46cases ofesophageal fibers;43cases with lymph node metastasis,37cases with no lymph nodemetastasis.D2-40monoclonal antibody lymphatic vessels, and CD163marking type M2TAMs,using immunohistochemical method to detect different differentiation, staging esophagealsquamous cell carcinoma tissues and tumor tissues and normal tissues of M2TAMs infiltrationdistribution and density of lymphatic vessels.Comparison of different stages, differentiationcarcinoma tissue and tumor tissues and normal tissues of M2type TAMs distribution, density oflymphatic vessels, determine its relevance to cancer lymph node metastasis. Results:Experimental results show that the esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues and tissuesexist type M2TAMs infiltration and lymphatic generated, CD163, D2-40is yellow-brown orbrown granules, CD163mainly distributed in the cytoplasm of tumor associated macrophageand capsular, D2-40expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and adjacenttissues of lymphatic endothelial cells, tan.In different stages, differentiated squamous carcinomatissues and tumor tissues there are differences in the distribution.Esophageal squamous cellcarcinoma with lymph node metastasis group and lymph nodes without transfer week of tumorlymphatic vessel density and M2TAMs infiltration type have significant difference.Conclusion:M2type TAMs infiltration in esophageal cancer have promote lymphatic generated role, atthe same time there are differences between different stages, differentiated squamouscarcinoma.M2type of tumor associated macrophages can be caused by promoting the formationof micro lymphatics lymphatic density increase, created conditions for the lymphatic metastasisof tumor cells and opportunity, esophageal squamous cancer week type M2TAMs infiltrationand lymphatic density test can be used as a auxiliary index judgment of lymph node metastasis.
