Mongolian Milkvetch Root Shengmai Yin is consisted of Mongolian Milkvetch Root, Pilose Asiabell Root, Dwarf Liilyturf Root Tuber and Chinese Magnoliavine Fruit. It’s changed by Shengmai Sari in the ancient prescription, it has the effects of supplementing qi and nourishing yin, heart nourishing and tonifying the lung. It is applicable to a variety of chronic diseases, especially has a satisfactory effect on anti-fatigue. This experiment changed the oral liquid into chewable tablets according to the clinical needs.This experiment purified the extraction technology and the forming technology by using the orthogonal experiment and the single factor experiment. Determine the optimal extraction technology of Mongolian Milkvetch Root Shengmai Yin chewable tablets according to the experimental results.Water extraction technology:Take Mongolian Milkvetch Root, Pilose Asiabell Root and other Chinese herbal medicines, soaking in water for30min. Decocte two times, one is added in10times of water for lh, and the other is added in8times of water for0.5h. Then filtration, the filtrate is condensed to4times of the amount of crude drug. Add1%of the chitosan solution according to the6%of the physic liquor volume, taking supernatant to concentrate the relative density of1.20(60℃).Chewable tablets molding technology:Wet granulation technology, screening the adjuvant. Optimization of the prescription group:The amount of power is5times of the amount of lactose and other adjuvant, tabletting.The Chinese herbal medicines were extracted, purified and concentrated into prescriptive relative density extract. Using the adapted method to dry, adding appropriate amount of adjuvant to mixing and making granules. The granules should be dry, particle uniformity, color consistency, shouldn’t be absorption of moisture, agglomeration and deliquescence.[Size] According to the particle size determination method unless has other regulations. The summation of the size cannot through the number one sifter and the size can through the number five sifter shouldn’t exceed15%[Water content] According to the water determination method, the water content cannot exceed6.0%unless has other regulations.Taking2-5g of the sample, tiled into the flat type weighing bottle which is dried to constant weight. The thickness is less than5mm and rarefaction sample is less than.10mm. Weigh the sample precisely. Open the bottle cap then dried in100-105℃for5hours. Replace the cap, put the sample into the drier, cooling for30min, weigh the sample precisely. Dried for1hour at the temperature above, cooling, weighing, the differences between two weighing is less than5mg. Calculate the water content of the sample according to the reduce of the weight.This experiment establish the TLC method of Mongolian Milkvetch Root, Pilose Asiabell Root and Dwarf Lilyturf Root Tuber. According to the chewable tablets regulation in appendix of the primary part of the People’s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia (2010) to check, the results show that every index fit the bill. Determinate the content of Chinese Magnoliavine Fruit by HPLC method and considerate the methodology. The average recovery of the chewable tablets is99.46%and100.60%and the RSD is1.13%and1.60%, respectively. This shows that the method is accurate and reliable. Preliminary stability test result shows that the stability is good.
