Objective:Application of BOLD-fMRI analysis of the limb spasm after stroke patients and healthy subjects including puncture governor meridian and passive movement after the central signal characteristics, which focuses on acupuncture and passive movement together with various mechanisms and specific mechanisms for the analysis of brain function in patients with stroke spasticity pathways provide theoretical basis.Methods:With16body spasm after stroke patients and15healthy subjects as the research object,The task is that passive movement and puncture DaZhui, BaiHui acupoints belongs to governor meridian and JiaJi acupoints by sliver needles which link to electric acupuncture apparatus. Simultaneously, we scan the subjects’brain by functional magnetic resonance. The scanning data is processed and analysed by MatLab software, then transform the MNI coordinate we got to Talairach coordinate, after that, the anatomical locations include the regions of cerebral cortex and Brodmann classification could acquired.Result:The patients group:Stimulate the selected acupoints of governor meridian and JiaJi acupoints mainly activated the right Premotor cortex(PM),Primary motor area(M1), middle temporal gyrus, rostral cingulate motor area(CMAr).The normal group:Stimulate the selected acupoints of governor meridian and JiaJi acupoints mainly activated the Primary Somatosensory Cortex, superior parietal,In ferior parietal, angular gyrus, supramarginal gyrus, superior temporal gyrus. The patients group:Stimulate the selected acupoints of passive movement Mainly activated right Premotor cortex(PM),Primary motor area(M1),Supplementary motor area(SMA),inferior parietal, angular gyrus, cingulate gyrus(CMA),Middle Tem-poral gyrus. The normal group:Stimulate the selected acupoints of passive movement mainly activated Premotor cortex(PM),Primary motor area(M1),Supplementary motor Area(SMA),superior temporal gyrus, inferior temporal gyrus. Conclusion:we have preliminarily demonstrated that puncture governor meridian stimulate could widely activate the cortex relate to motion, That gave a preliminary explanation about that dredging governor meridian to ease the limb dysfunction due to myospasm through visualized central nerve information. Because of the difference between the physiological and pathological condition, stimulate governor meridian of neck could evoke different activation regions of central nervous respectively. This phenomenon prompt that the acupuncture regulates the function of organs and tissues according to the different condition of human body, the different activation effects of acupuncturing in normal and pathological state generate different feedback regulation action.Acupuncture and passive movement can be improve limb spasticity after stroke, indicating that acupuncture and exercise therapy is effect treatment for stroke limb spasticity treatment.Acupuncture is more targeted; passive movement is more activated, the two treatments in combination with superimposed effect.
