Clinical Observation On Using The Shugan Yang Xue Tang To Treat Alopecia Areata (Liver Depression And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:The essay is to evaluate the clinical effect of Shugan Yang Xue in treating alopecia areata,which belongs toLiver depression and blood stasis typeinTraditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), through observing clinical effects.Methods:This study recruited into the standard of65patients with alopecia areata (Liver depression and blood stasis type). In accordance with the principle of randomized controlled principl that65patients were divided into the treatment group(n=33)and the control group(n=32). The treatment group was given Shugan Yang Xue tang; The control group was given jingwu eapsule and YuLe Shu mixture.Two groups were given to use outside the minoxidil ding.Two groups of patients were recorded score lesion area、pulling hair test score and hair regeneration ratings score.Performing statistical analysis to determine the clinical curative effect. Results:The efficiency of treatment group was78.12%and the total effect rate was90.62%, The control group were respective43.34%and83.34%. After statistics analysis, There was no significant difference compare the total effective rate between the two groups(p>0.05).But significant efficiency comparison have obvious difference(p<0.05). Lesionareascoresbetween the two groups have no significant difference(p>0.05).Regenerationof hairandpulling hairtrial compared, there were significantdifferencebetween the two groups(p<0.05). Conclusion:Two drugswereeffective, butthe treatment group was better thanthe control group in the significant efficiency.Two drugs that improve patients’lesion areawas no significantdifference. But in terms of pulling hair test score and hair regeneration ratings,the treatment group is better than the control group.
