| Objective:Based on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)stabilization between TCM syndrome type and MNA, BODE index correlation analysis, trying to provide objective basis for COPD of stabilization, realizing the syndrome differentiation of TCM and objective.Methods:Collection patients with stable COPD conform to the study of TCM syndrome types with a total of155cases, Record every syndrome type of the patient’s age, gender, duration, smoking history, body mass index,lung function(FEV1%), dyspnea index(mMRC),six-minute walking distance(6MWT),MNA, COPD exacerbations. All the results using SPSS19.0for statistical analysis.Result:(1) The Comparison about the age of syndrome of COPD, lung spleen kidney is the oldest, The second is lung spleen-deficiency.To compared with the rest of the two groups of age were significantly larger (P<0.01) respectively。(2)Different syndromes of COPD duration of disease,there was a significant difference (P<0.05),from phlegmy lung-phlegm and blood stasis resistance lung-lung and spleen deficiency-lung, spleen and kidney,the course of the disease gradually extended.(3) Male COPD patients and male smoking prevalence rate was significantly higher than females (P<0.01).There was no significant differences in smoking patients with different syndromes (P>0.05).(4)The MNA score and BMI of phlegmy lung and phlegm and blood stasis resistance lung group were no significant difference (P>0.05), but the comparison with spleen-deficiency lung group and lung spleen kidney group were significant different (P<0.01), There is differenct between lung spleen-deficiency and lung spleen kidney group about MNA score and BMI (P<0.05), lung spleen kidney patients’ MNA score and BMI are the lowest.(5) The FEV1%, mMRC stage,6MWT and BODE index scores of different syndromes were different (P<0.05), from phlegmy lung-phlegm and blood stasis resistance lung-lung and spleen deficiency-lung, spleen and kidney, FEV1% decreased, mMRC grading gradually increased,6MWT gradually shortened, BODE index score increasing gradually.(6) The different syndromes have COPD exacerbations compare differences (P <0.05), from phlegmy lung-phlegm and blood stasis resistance lung-lung and spleen deficiency-lung, spleen and kidney, COPD exacerbations is increasing.Conclusion:From phlegmy lung-phlegm and blood stasis resistance lung-lung and spleen deficiency-lung, spleen and kidney, the patient’s nutrition gradually deteriorates(MNA score and BMI decreased), Lung function (FEV1%) and daily activities (mMRC) and exercise capacity (6MWT) gradually decreased, gradually increasing of the age, duration gradually extended, BODE index score gradually increased, Comprehensive worse the prognosis, the more prone to re-infection, COPD exacerbations gradually increased. Instructions for stable COPD patients, especially lung and spleen kidney treatment, nutritional support can strengthen and improve the nutritional status of patients and reduce the number of COPD exacerbations, slowing decline in lung function,slow down the patient’s daily activities and exercise capacity. |
