| Objective:To observe the1.0%lidocaine20ml lumbar anesthesia group of waist-shu efficacy,and safety of anesthesia.Methods:89patients from Chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital anus bowel division of random points into1.0%lidocaine20ml waist-shu point anesthesia group (hereinafter referred to as the experimental group) and1.5%lidocaine20ml waist-shu point anesthesia group (hereinafter referred to as the control group), the treatment group43cases,46cases of control group. Surgery using inside the outer shell pierced, prospectie clinical observation, and record in the two groups cases intraoperative and postoperative related evaluation index:duration of anesthesia, intraoperative pain, anesthesia, anal relaxation degree of adverse drug reactions, stretch reflex, postoperative pain, postoperative micturition and postoperative urinary retention time for the first time, application of medical statistics software SPSS19.0comparing with the results of analysis. When there was no statistically significant difference P>0.05, P<0.05means difference has significant meaning.Results:The adverse drug reaction between control group and experimental group in anesthesia have significant difference (P<0.05), and for the first time in postoperative micturition time and postoperative urinary retention has significant difference (P<0.05), two groups of intraoperative pain (VAS score), anesthesia duration, anal relaxation, stretch reflex, postoperative pain etc. There was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:waist-shu point1.0%lidocaine20ml waist for anorectal surgery anesthesia group, compared with1.5%lidocaine20ml lumbar anesthesia group of waist-shu point are less intraoperative anesthetic drug adverse reactions, postoperative micturition earlier for the first time, and low incidence of postoperative urinary retention, greatly increase the safety of anesthesia, easing the pain of the patients. Has good clinical value and high promotion value. |
