Clinical Research Of GV2 (Yaoshu) Anesthesia Uniting Traditional Chinese Acupuncture Anesthesia In The Operation Of Mixed Hemorrhoid

Objective:To evaluate the anesthetic effect and safety of waist-shu anesthesia uniting traditional Chinese acupuncture anesthesia.Methods:Select the required mix of hemorrhoid surgery 70 patients and they were divided into test group and control group, each has 35 cases. Experimental group were treated with 10ml of 1% lidocaine for waist-shu anesthesia.After the success of Acupoint, take 5ml of Compound menthol lidocaine hydrochloride injection (Ke Zepu:containing menthol 6.5mg) slowly into yaoshu points. The control group were used 20ml of 1% lidocaine for spinal anesthesia Acupoint.the therapy adopt external dissection and internal ligation. Patients were observed in pain, anus relaxing, anesthesia side effects, the onset and duration of anesthesia, adding to anaesthetic or not, postoperative pain, postoperative whether the anal margin of edema, fecal incontinence, urinary retention, complications, and whether the head dizziness, chest tightness, palpitation, itching, rash, nausea, vomiting and other adverse reactions. The pain score used visual analogue scales(Visualnaaloguescale, VAS)。Results:Compare waist-shu anesthesia combined injecting Ke Zepu in the points and the simple injection of anesthesia. The duration of anesthesia, anesthesia side effects, postoperative pain, indexing, postoperative urinary retention were statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The Degree of intraoperative pain points, anesthetic onset time, add to anaesthetic amounts in the skill,anal relaxation, postoperative anal margin of edema were not statistically different (P>0.05).Conclusion:The waist-shu anesthesia combined injecting Ke Zepu in the points anesthesia Acupoint can improve the clinical efficacy and safety of anesthesia, its effect is obvious of reduce postoperative pain and postoperative urinary retention.
