Clinical Observation On Treatment Of The External Cold With Internal Drinking Syndrome Of COPD By Taking Wenfei Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenfei decoction in treating the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease-external cold with internal drinking syndrome, its influence on the lung function and arterial blood gas analysis.Method:Randomly divided the62patients who met the Western diagnosis standards of COPD and the TCM standards of external cold with internal drinking syndrome into2groups.31patients were in the therapy group, and31patients in the control group. Both groups were given basic treatment.Control group took Guilong Kechuanning capsule, and the therapy group took Wenfei decoction. A course was10days in both2groups. Then we observed the symptoms, signs, clinical biochemical indicators, lung function and arterial blood gas analysis before and after the treatment.Results:1. The curative effect comparison:the therapy group was93.33%, and the control group was80.00%. There was significant difference in clinical effect between the two groups(p<0.05),the therapy group was better than the control group.2.The apparently different indexes about pulmonary ventilation function,arterial oxygen pressure and partial pressure of carbon dioxide of the therapy group is a greatly change.3.The two groups after treatment were improved in GOPD patients with symptoms and signs,especially in the improvement of cough, sputum, wheezing aspects.The therapy group has a distinctive improvement in Syndrome integral after5days.4There is no one has adverse reaction during the process.Conclusion:Wenfei decoction is based on the principle of cure of this disease, characteristics, pathogenesis, easy to use, safe and r-eliable, and can improve pulmonary ventilation function,arterial oxygen pressure and partial pressure of carbon dioxide in patients with COPD, cut down the treatment time,alleviate the patient’s pain and economic burden,slow down disease progression, and can improve symptoms. Wenfei decoction is better than the Guilong Kechuanning capsule,deserves further research and clinical promotion.
