Different syndrome types of patients after treatment, compared with before treatment the blood sugar,TC,TG,HDL, LDLC values have declined, comparison between groups have no statistical significance; Through their own matching symbols of rank and inspection, qi deficiency and blood stasis group blood sugar levels before and after the change was statistically significant(P<0.05), three sets of TC value changes before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05), TG values change before and after the qi and blood stasis group was statistically significant (P<0.05), the other has no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusions:1Non related coronary blood stasis exists obvious dyslipidemia.2DES and CTNNB1genes of DNA methylation modification may be susceptible to risk factor for coronary heart disease (CHD) blood stasis.3Modified Yangxintongmai formula can obviously improve coronary heart disease (CHD) subtype of the lipid of blood stasis syndrome and abnormal blood sugar, have very good sugar, lipid effect.4Modified Yangxintongmai formula can for coronary heart disease (qi deficiency and qi stagnation, phlegm turbidity and blood stasis three subtypes DES gene expression had obvious regulation effect, but has no obvious CTNNB1gene expression regulation function; Further confirmed DES gene methylation modification is one of the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease, blood stasis.
