| Purpose:1.To explore the characteristics of coronary heart disease in TCM syndrome factor distribution and the law.2.Cardio-cerebral relief in sight-but capsules on the treatment of coronary heart disease(blood stasis resistance type)clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:1.The prospective study of TCM syndrome factor distribution characteristics: 220 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris,are all during March 2014 to December 2015,changchun university of Chinese medicine hospital outpatient and the inpatient into standard patient heart center.Demographic data for selected cases and related syndrome of information collection and sorting,using statistical methods to statistical analysis of data,methods using chi-square test.2.Choose 48 patients with in conformity with the syndrome of blood stasis resistance,take a randomized,double-blind,placebo for clinical observation experiment in the control group.Respectively by the preparation before and after 4 weeks,8 weeks after the record associated symptoms and signs to point in time.Demographic data,the general clinical data record once before using this drug.With angina pectoris integral,electrocardiogram improvement,athletic flat test,the curative effect of TCM symptom integral evaluation index.In laboratory tests as a safety evaluation index.By use of statistical software PSS19.0 to statistical analysis of data,categorical data by chi-square test,measurement data using variance analysis.Results:1.prospective study on the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes: the results show that blood stasis(100%)is the highest proportion of coronary heart disease syndrome elements.Followedbyqideficiency(61.82%),phlegm(28.64%),yin and Yang(22.27%),(14.55%)and(9.55%).The incidence of coronary heart disease and five organs are closely related,but there are differences in distribution between different syndrome.In the 4 types of syndrome,although there are differences between different types of syndrome elements,but there are the existence of blood stasis.It is believed that coronary heart disease and blood stasis syndrome are closely related.TCM syndrome distribution influence factors of research shows that,in terms of gender,by separately for male and female patients with syndrome elements do frequency statistics,x2 test,results show that different gender TCM syndrome constituent ratio have significant difference,so that constituent ratio is influenced by gender factors of disease of TCM Syndromes of coronary heart disease.In the study of diabetes,hypertension,dyslipidemia,coronary heart disease related diseases found that the differences in the composition of different diseases syndrome elements.There is a close relationship between TCM syndrome and cardiovascular disease.2.Preserving relief in sight-but capsules clinical observation research: clinical efficacy: angina pectoris,electrocardiogram,athletic flat,TCM symptoms integral treatment group compared with control group(P < 0.05,there is obvious difference,cardio-cerebral capsule for the treatment of coronary heart disease angina relief in sight-but effect is better than the control group.Security: cereal third transaminase on the high side,except 1 case of patients after 3 days to return to normal,review of the other laboratory examination without exception.Prompt the drug has no obvious side effects and adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.Based on the statistical analysis of the research object of TCM syndrome factor of coronary heart disease of TCM syndrome factor has the highest proportion of phlegm turbidity syndrome factor(partial slants cold,hot),followed by blood stasis,hints to the research and treatment of coronary heart disease in the future should pay attention to in the process of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis pathogenic factors on the prevention and treatment of attention.The study found that the TCM syndrome factor of coronary heart disease distribution affected by age and gender factors.This suggests,in the process of coronary heart disease prevention and control of the prevention and treatment of patients of different age groups to combine its physiological and pathological characteristics of age and disease,the law of the development of timely and accurate to coronary heart disease prevention and intervention.2.Preserving relief in sight-but capsule treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris(syndrome of blood stasis resistance),can significantly reduce the angina pectoris patients,alleviate symptoms of clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,has the security at the same time,can promote the clinical application. |
