Objective:To study the regulatory effect of Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction on the treatment the role of MIRI signal transduction。Methods:the myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in SD rats, divided into five groups,8rats in each group, divided into group A (sham operation group), group B (ischemia/reperfusion group (C group), ischemic preconditioning group), D group (pretreatment group of Trichosanthes kirilowii Allium Bai Banxia soup), E (group SP600125antagonist group). Intragastric administration, once a day, according to the rat body surface area method, D, E group, Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction Decoction for6.58g.kg-lig7days, one hour after last Ig, coronary artery ligation, Ig capacity10mg.Kg-1. AB group Ig equal volume of normal saline. And to observe the rats eating, drinking water, two is normal, the sensitivity of the reaction and the coat color and lip color is normal claw. To investigate the mechanism of floor Xiebai Banxia Decoction on the apoptosis of myocardial cells of MIRI rats and the regulation of kinase JNK cells generated information access, as well as the changes of SOD and MDA content.Results:the Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction pretreatment and ischemic preconditioning can ST elevation in ECG of rats against myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury. The Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction group compared with ischemic reperfusion group, Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction can obviously improve the activity of SOD and decrease the level of MDA, decrease the lipid peroxidation of myocardial cells, myocardial cells and improve the ability of scavenging oxygen free radicals. The model group and the SP600125group appeared the area of myocardial infarction in large range; IPC and GXBD pretreated group the myocardial infarct size was significantly reduced, there is significant difference compared with the model group and the SP600125group (p<0.01).(4) the model group and the SP600125group has a large number of Tan protein, compared with the other three groups have statistical significance in p<0.01, the phosphorylation level higher than the other groups, GXBD group and pretreatment group with only a small amount of brown yellow granules, phosphorylation level was significantly lower than that in the model group and the SP600125group, the two groups of JNK signals proteins inhibit down-regulation.Conclusion:Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction can regulate the expression of JNK/SAPK protein and its phosphorylation, against myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats ST segment elevation in electrocardiogram, reduce myocardial infarct size, the pathological changes of myocardial cells, reduce the content of MDA, increase the content of SOD reduced myocardial cell peroxidation, improve myocardial oxygen free radical scavenging the rate of myocardial ischemia, eperfusion injury.
