The model group and the SP600125group appeared the area of myocardial infarction in large range; IPC and GXBD pretreated group the myocardial infarct size was significantly reduced, there is significant difference compared with the model group and the SP600125group (p<0.01).(4) the model group and the SP600125group has a large number of Tan protein, compared with the other three groups have statistical significance in p<0.01, the phosphorylation level higher than the other groups, GXBD group and pretreatment group with only a small amount of brown yellow granules, phosphorylation level was significantly lower than that in the model group and the SP600125group, the two groups of JNK signals proteins inhibit down-regulation.Conclusion:Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction can regulate the expression of JNK/SAPK protein and its phosphorylation, against myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats ST segment elevation in electrocardiogram, reduce myocardial infarct size, the pathological changes of myocardial cells, reduce the content of MDA, increase the content of SOD reduced myocardial cell peroxidation, improve myocardial oxygen free radical scavenging the rate of myocardial ischemia, eperfusion injury.
