| The background and purpose of researchCoronary heart disease and insomnia are two common diseases in the elderly in our country,both influence each other,often seriously affects the elderly life quality,actively improve the sleep quality in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)is a clinically important subject,a good night's sleep quality not only can improve the patients quality of life,strengthen confidence,is also useful in the treatment of coronary heart disease itself.Of modern medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients of insomnia,mainly tranquilizing drug because of adverse reactions such as tolerance,dependence often is not accepted,and a large number of studies have showed that Chinese medicine has definite curative effect in treatment of insomnia.This study use of Zhang zhongjing treated by the side of obstruction of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction on the basis of treatment of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)with insomnia,and observe its clinical therapeutic effect of both widened Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction clinical application range,and in the treatment of insomnia from the heart,phlegm and remove blood stasis,qi and resolve depression of TCM to provide the reference,provide new method for clinical treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)with insomnia,and new ideas.The methods of researchThis study between January to December 2018,the first affiliated hospital of hunan medical university professor Zhou Hongtu outpatient service 69 cases to observe patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)with insomnia,Doll 's randomized controlled method is divided into the treatment group 35 cases and control group in 34 cases,but due to fall off and eliminate cases,7 cases,loss rate is 1.45%,the real effective cases in 62 cases,32 cases in treatment group,control group,30 cases in treatment group with conventional treatment in coronary heart disease and the general psychological intervention on the basis of taking flavored Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction,the control group conventional treatment in coronary heart disease and the general psychological intervention on the basis of recurrence and diazepam tablets,Compound danshen dropping pill.Continuous treatment of 4weeks,both groups from the curative effect angina,insomnia conditions,symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine,such as changes in ECG,Pittsburgh sleep quality score for observation,and establish the database,the analysis before and after treatment in patients with the curative effect angina,insomnia conditions,ECG changes and improve TCM symptoms,Pittsburgh sleep quality score.The results of research(1)Flavored Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction with conventional western medicine therapy for coronary heart disease(CHD)with insomnia in patients with the curative effect angina attack times and degree of pain were improved to a certain extent,but on the improvement of the electrocardiogram(ECG)is no difference between the treatment group and control group.(2)Flavored Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction can reduce coronary heart disease CHD with insomnia,phlegm and blood stasis and qi depression each card to have chest pain,dizziness,chest tightness is not comfortable,mood restless and TCM symptoms,the treatment group compared with the control group before and after treatment had significant difference(P <0.05).(3)Flavored fructus scallions white pinellia bind in improving patients' subjective sleep feeling better than those of control group took diazepam,before and after treatment have obvious difference between treatment group and control group(P < 0.05),the treatment group to improve the effect of sleep better,the remarkable progress of proportion are higher than the control group.The conclusion of researchFlavored Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction treatment of coronary heart CHD with insomnia,phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction qi depression syndrome of coronary heart disease angina frequency and the extent has obvious clinical efficacy,patients with prolong patients' sleep,improve sleep quality also has remarkable curative effect. |
