Clinical Research Of Ear Point Taping And Pressing Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea

Objective:Using randomized, case-control study, to observe the clinical curative effect of ear point taping and pressing treatment on primary dysmenorrhea and its influence on blood serum PGF2a and PGE2content, to provide a basis for the clinical application of ear point taping and pressing in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:1.70cases were randomly divided into ear taping and pressing group and Tianqi Tongjing Capsule taking group;35patients in each group. Observed the primary dysmenorrhea symptom score, VAS score and clinical efficacy.2.From the ear taping and pressing group were randomly selected18cases, observed before and after treatment in patients with primary dysmenorrhea symptom score, VAS score, clinical efficacy and blood serum PGF2a and PGE2.Results:1.The primary dysmenorrhea symptom score:after treatment, the primary dysmenorrhea symptom score had significant effect (P<0.01); after treatment, primary dysmenorrhea symptom three, group of integral group comparison:Compared with two group30min and1h was no difference (P>0.05).Compared with two group3month later,ear taping and pressing group better than Tianqi Tongjing Capsule taking group,there was statistical significance (P<0.05).2.VAS:After treatment, the pain symptom score had significant effect (P<0.01);after treatment, pain symptoms three group of integral group comparison:Compared with two group30min and1h was no difference (P>0.05).Compared with two group3month later, ear taping and pressing group better than Tianqi Tongjing Capsule taking group,there was statistical significance (P<0.05).3.Clinical efficacy:The clinical efficacy of the two groups30min and1h was no difference (P>0.05). Compared with two group3month later, ear taping and pressing group better than Tianqi Tongjing Capsule taking group,there was statistical significance (P<0.05).4.Blood serum PGF2a and PGE2content:Compared with group before and after, there was statistical significance on PGF2a、PGE2and PGF2α/PGE2(P<0.05). Tip:ear taping and pressing can make menstrual period the blood serum PGF2α、PGE2and PGF2α/PGE2lower than before.Conclusion:1. The clinical immediate efficacy of primary dysmenorrhea:Ear taping and pressing and Tianqi Tongjing Capsule taking are no difference.2. The clinical efficacy of primary dysmenorrhea:Ear taping and pressing are better than Tianqi Tongjing Capsule taking.3. Ear taping and pressing can make menstrual period the blood serum PGF2α、PGE2lower than before. The blood serum PGF2α、PGE2are closely related to primary dysmenorrhea.
