Objective:Using randomized, case-control study, to observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture treatment on primary dysmenorrhea and influence on blood PGF2a and β-EP content, to provide a basis for the clinical application of acupuncture in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:90patients were randomly divided into group A:1cycle, the treatment group B:2course of treatment, group C:3cycles of therapy;30patients in each group. Content observed for primary dysmenorrhea symptom score, clinical effect and blood serum PGF2a and p-EPResults:1. The pain symptom score:after treatment, the pain symptom score had significant effect (P<0.01);after treatment, pain symptoms three group of integral group comparison:Compared with Group A, Group B, Group C was better than Group A, there was statistical significance (P<0.05), compared with Group B, Group C and no difference (P>0.05). Tip:2courses of acupuncture and acupuncture3treatment effect of acupuncture better than1courses,2courses of acupuncture and acupuncture3treatment have no significant efficacy.2. Clinical efficacy:the clinical efficacy of the three groups before and after treatment, there were statistically significant (P<0.05) Show1,2,3courses of acupuncture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea;comparison among the3groups: The equivalent of Group B and Group C effect, but the effect was better than that of group A for treating this disease.3. Effects of acupuncture at different period of treatment on blood serum PGF2a and p-EP content:PGF2a:Compared with before treatment, acupuncture treatment in all groups after menstrual period the serum PGF2a levels were lowered (P<0.05). prompting acupuncture therapy can decrease the primary dysmenorrhea patients the serum level of PGF2α the comparison among each group agter treatment has no statistical significance.β-EP:Compared with before and after the treatment, Group A and Group C of serum β-EP level decreased in period (P<0.01); group B period increased serum β-EP level (P<0.05).Through analysis:except the B group blood serum β-EP has decreased, but the B group after treatment slightly increased, the specific regulation remains to be further studied.Conclusions:1. A course of acupuncture, acupuncture two courses, three courses of acupuncture treatment of PD is an effective treatment method.2. Acupuncture2,3period of treatment efficacy is better than treatment for1course. There was no significant difference between acupuncture2and3treatment efficacy. 3. Acupuncture may reduce primary dysmenorrhea in patients with serum PGF2a level, But for β-EP and effects of all treatments are not uniform.
