| Objective:By comparing with the control group, observe Neonatal jaundice-abating lotion in the treatment of neonatal jaundice infection (heat fumigation certificate) the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions, to provide a safe and effective method for the treatment of this disease.Methods:Will meet the diagnostic criteria were divided into treatment group and control group,30cases in each group.The treatment group Neonatal jaundice-abating lotion+basic treatment [Blu-ray treatment+injection amoxicillin sulbactam], the control group only using basic treatment [Blu-ray treatment+injection amoxicillin sulbactam],3days for treatment. observation of Neonatal jaundice-abating lotion treatment of bacterial infections caused by the clinical efficacy of neonatal jaundice (suffocating heat Syndrome).and serum bilirubin for statistical analysis.Results:I.A control group,7cases were cured. improved in18cases,5cases ineffective.Treatment group were cured18cases/improved in11cases,1patient. Comparison of the efficacy of the disease between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group.2.After treatment,two groups of blood serum bilirubin level decreased,the treatment group declined more.3.The treatment group was shorter than the control group.there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).4.The two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome integral were lower than that before treatment, the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the integral. Conclusion:The neonatal jaundice (heat fumigation certificate) of bacterial infection in the treatment of neonatal jaundice-abating lotion, and the safety of the treatment, is worthy of further promotion in clinic. |
