| The doctor-patient relationship is a social relationship with the patient in the medical practice activities constituted, which along with social progress, political civilization and economic development, moral awareness raising and changes of medical model. Establishment and maintenance of the doctor-patient relationship is a complex systems engineering, has become a hot issue in recent years of social concern. Currently, the presence of the doctor-patient relationship management system clutter, lack of specialization and other issues, which seriously affected the construction and improvement of doctor-patient relationship. Therefore, how the doctor-patient relationship to scientific and effective maintenance and management is particularly important.In this article, we will use the combination of research and exploration to investigate and study the internal management of doctor-patient relationship of Dalian the Sixth People’s Hospital. Firstly, we will make clearly the research’s theoretical basis in the view of customer relations, stakeholder and social role. Then, we will explore experience through the aspect of the normal doctor-patient relationship management, the doctor-patient disputes management and doctor-patient relationship crisis management.Secondly, we will take a written questionnaire for doctors and patients (family members) from Dalian the Sixth People’s Hospital to sampling survey. This article will specifically diagnoses the current situation of doctor-patient relationship management of Dalian the Sixth People’s Hospital by sampling survey and interview survey method, then to find the current problem and analyzes the existing problems.Lastly, we will specifically investigate and analyze the prominent problems and reasons of doctor-patient relationship management of Dalian the sixth people’s hospital. We will provide useful ways for the doctor-patient relationship management and harmonious development of Dalian the Sixth People’s Hospital through strengthening the doctor-patient relationship management, set up and promote the mechanism of doctor-patient communication of medical ethics, strengthening the disputes and crisis management, and improve the environment of medical practice mechanism and advocate to protect medical environment. Meanwhile, we also expect that this suggestion will provide some reference for the construction and reformation of doctor-patient relationship management of other hospitals in Dalian and other similar areas. |
