Doctor-patient relationship is a kind of interpersonal relationship,whose object is medical staff and patients,and it is a special social relationship.The doctor-patient relationship is an organic part of the social relationship.The deep-seated reasons for the deterioration of doctor-patient relationship are worth exploring.The doctor-patient relationship is not only reflected in the medical industry,but also reflects the special conflicts between behavior and psychology in today's society.Therefore,the discussion of the status quo of doctor-patient relationship and its influencing factors is helpful for us to grasp the current social relationship in more detail.To some extent,the complexity and variability of doctor-patient relationship reflect the defects of some social systems and some psychological behavior problems.Therefore,the study of doctor-patient relationship should start with objective problems,grasp the status quo of doctor-patient relationship,and explore the factors affecting the development of doctor-patient relationship.It is helpful to find out the root of the problem,put forward the corresponding feasible Suggestions and schemes,and make the theoretical research more practical.The research contents of this paper mainly include:This study combed and summarized the relevant literature of doctor-patient relationship,studied and analyzed the relevant theories of doctor-patient relationship,especially showed the problems and characteristics of the current doctor-patient relationship in three aspects: the rising medical disputes,the doctor-patient relationship limited by economic relationship,and the lack of credibility between doctors and patients.However,the cognitive differences between doctors and patients are mainly reflected in the differences of views and cognition between patients and medical staff in the treatment process.For example,there are differences in perceptions of health,understanding of disease,understanding of medical uncertainty,and expectations of medical outcomes.Research shows that factors affecting the doctor-patient relationship include the medical system,the media,hospitals,medical staff and patients.Then the research model is put forward and the theoretical hypothesis is put forward.The results of theoretical hypothesis are analyzed in the fourth chapter.In this study,through interviews with A hospitals,relevant doctor-patient relationship data were understood and analyzed.Through interviews,we can understand the current status and specific events of the doctor-patient relationship,so as to understand the problems existing in both sides of the relationship.Specifically reflected in the division of doctor-patient responsibility,whether the medical results are satisfactory,whether to adopt formal legal way to resolve doctor-patient disputes.In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted among medical staff and patients in A hospital.The specific contents of the survey are based on the doctor-patient relationship,the understanding differences between doctors and patients,and the trust between doctors and patients.As for the doctor-patient relationship,both sides agree that it is currently poor.As for the trust issue,the survey shows that patients do not trust the medical staff very much,and believe that red envelopes,gray income and other problems still exist.This study conducted an empirical study on potential medical disputes,including risk monitoring,identification,analysis,evaluation and intervention,and established a medical risk reporting system,which was integrated into the hospital information management system,laying a foundation.The third party mediation mechanism should be adopted to predict the risks and possible adverse consequences in the first time in case of the hospital access control incident,the hospital managers should promptly start the emergency plan,formulate and implement the safe and stable disposal strategy.This research is mainly based on the theoretical research of doctor-patient relationship.Through the investigation of these two groups of people,to understand the medical staff and patients on the current doctor-patient relationship as well as the existing problems.And from the perspective of medical staff and patients,the doctor-patient relationship is used in the comparison analysis,to explore what are the factors affect the doctor-patient relationship loyalty,aiming at the current doctor-patient relationship research to provide a relatively objective perspective,and puts forward some countermeasures for improving the current tense physician-patient relationship,and hopes to be helpful to the harmonious development of the doctor-patient relationship.
