The Correlation Between Notchl And SOCS3in Colorectal Carcinoma

Objective：To detect colorectal cancer and Notch1protein SOCS3proteinexpression, and to explore the relationship of colorectal cancer in theNotch1protein SOCS3protein expression.Methods：In this study, immunohistochemical SP method60cases ofcolorectal cancer expressing Notch1protein SOCS3protein analysis toexplore the correlation between the two.Results and Conclusion：The results showed that60cases of colorectal cancer expression ofNotch1protein SOCS3protein and colorectal cancer are the depth ofinvasion, TNM stage, histological grade and lymph nodemetastasis-related. Notch1protein SOCS3protein expression incolorectal cancer at an early stage and advanced colorectal cancer in anegative correlation. With the development of colorectal cancerinfiltration of tumor malignancy severity, progression of clinical TNMstage and lymph node metastasis, Notch1gene expression wassignificantly higher, SOCS3protein expression rate reduced accordingly.Notch1(+) SOCS3(-) expression ratios were rising, Notch1(-) SOCS3(+) expression ratios were decreased, the differences were statisticallysignificant. Notch1protein SOCS3protein expression in colorectalcancer was negatively correlated. Closely related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of colorectal cancer combined expression ofboth.
